@bluestar6879 😂😂 such pathetic nonsense, ireland literally had just fought a war of independence against Britain who occupied and tortured the population of Ireland for centuries there wasn't much enthusiasm about going off to Europe to fight for the British as we had no real military force or equipment.. And of course Ireland was proactive in helping the allies by allowing aircraft to stop and refuel here, The more than 12 thousand Irish people who lost their lives will be laughing at your stupidity from above!
@joemoody7440 Yeh - except the rest of the Normal World combined to fight Shitler. Irish stayed neutral, together with fascist Spain, fascist Portugal, mostly German-speaking Switzerland & Sweden who were surrounded by Axis-occupied territory. Talk about Loserdom !
@bluestar6879 not to clever yourself, being militarily neutral means you don't militarily support any side, but like you see with many conflicts such as Ukraine or Palestine Ireland have openly supported the victims of imperialist wars.
@joemoody7440 Was the American War of Independence an English Nakba ? Was WW2 a German Nakba ? Was the Algerian War in the 60s, a French Nakba ?

Im Irish we didn't gain independence until 1922 and a full sovereign Republic until 1949, are you trying to tell me we didnt exist up until that time, we where just a construct of British imperialism on the island??
